III. Equipment Operation Instructions

After powering on the equipment, turn on the power button → Manually place the product into the hopper → Adjust the product length → Press the start button → The transfer cylinder moves the product → Cylinder positioning → Mold processing of the product → Finished product removal → Manual collection → Operation cycle

IV. Equipment Functions

1. The equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, a transfer mechanism, a high-speed motor, and a control system.

2. The feeding mechanism uses a lifting hopper to avoid scraping during feeding and ensures high stability.

3. The transfer mechanism uses a rodless cylinder for transfer, ensuring stable and smooth transfer.

4. The rotary motor uses a high-speed motor with a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm.

5. The control system is a combination of Mitsubishi (Japan) and Weintek (Taiwan) systems.
