Vibratory bowl feeders, also known as a bowl feeder, are common devices used to orient and feed individual component parts for assembly on industrial production lines. They are used when a randomly sorted bulk package of small components must be feed into another machine one-by-one, oriented in a particular direction.

Tube Step feeders work by raising steps which create an upwards waterfall effect like elevator. The component parts are transported into the rail of the singling mechanism through various steps. Vibration is only used in the vicinity of the rail to position the parts correctly for automatic feeding.
It’s good for short tube feeding when length from 150 to 600 mm.
As you can see, it is similar to the step elevator tube feeder. The difference is that it is usually used as a component of the tube end machine or other machines. Its structure is more simple but more efficient.
