During the copper heat pipe manufacturing process, a mandrel is used to keep a gap between the mandrel and the inside wall of the pipe. Copper powder is full filled into it vibrated to ensure that it is well packed.Then put them into sintering oven or belt furnace to get the copper powder stick inside of the copper pipes by high temperature.
