Vapor Chamber
A Vapor Chamber is a flat, high-efficiency heat transfer device that spreads heat evenly across its surface using a sealed, vacuum-filled chamber containing a working fluid. Inside, heat input causes the fluid to evaporate, and the vapor rapidly distributes heat to cooler areas before condensing back to liquid, creating a continuous thermal loop.
Key Features
Excellent heat spreading and uniform temperature distribution
High thermal conductivity, superior to conventional heat pipes
Lightweight, thin, and compact design
Reliable vacuum-sealed construction for long-term operation
Compatible with a variety of materials and custom shapes
