III. Equipment Operation Instructions

After powering on the equipment, turn on the power button → Adjust the dial indicator scale → Place the product in the center of the rollers for straightening → Remove the finished product → Manually collect the material → Repeat the operation cycle.

 

IV. Equipment Functions

1. The equipment consists of straightening rollers and a drive motor.

2. The rollers are made of ground steel rods with an accuracy of ±0.05mm.

3. The roller surface uses a high-frequency process to ensure it will not be damaged during use.

4. Size adjustment is achieved using a digital micrometer with an accuracy of ±0.05mm.

5. The product surface is free of scratches after processing.
