Overview
The Automatic Circular Cold Saw Pipe Cutting Machine works for copper capillary tubes with outer diameters from 1.5mm to 3.81mm. Tube straightness is ±2mm per meter. It handles coiled copper tubes of TP1/2 or equivalent standard products. The machine ensures high production efficiency, precise length, and excellent tube quality, making it essential for HVAC, automotive, and industrial applications.

The microchannel tube coil is decoiled from microchannel tube reels using an automatic synchronized uncoiling decoiler. Tubes are transferred stably at high speed through a tube feeding dancer unit.

High-speed operation can reach up to 120 pieces per minute (dependent on tube length, e.g., 600mm).
