Uncoiling System
Tube decoiler loads coiled tubes and carries out stable unwinding operation.The uncoiling system consists of several models including eye-to-wall tube decoiler, eye-to-sky pipe decoiler, vertical tube uncoiler, horizontal pipe uncoiling systems etc.
Available with pneumatic or servo brakes and synchronous control to perfectly match with tube cut-to-length machine for smooth continuous feeding.
Tube Straightening Unit
Straightening rollers provide exact tube straightening and roundingwith two groups of rollers in horizontal and vertical directions.
Tube size: 4–20 mm
Rollers made of hardened Cr12Mov steel allow long service life
Multi-radius straightening wheels enable very good tube roundness
Traction & Length Measuring System
Tube is pulled passively through straightening rollers with the traction units driven by servo motors.
Encoder enables accurate tube length measurement for highest cutting precision.
Cutting System & Control
All components of the machine are integrated and controlled electrically. Precision tube cut-off is done with cutting clamping dies.
Automatic rotary cut-off system enables orbital cutting of copper tubes directly from coil packs. Chip-less cutting technology utilizes pneumatic clamping tooling together with PLC and servo controls.

Unloading & Collection System
Straightened and cut tubes are efficiently collected on the Unloading table. A pneumatic driven automatic reversing system enhances handling efficiency by allowing material to be automatically sent in reverse.
