Dual Bending Unit Design

Two mechanical bending units are installed at the bending station. The center length is adjustable by screw rod and hand wheel, allowing different heater lengths. The middle bend requires no secondary processing.
Interference-Free Spiral Coiling
After bending, the heater pipe enters the coiling station for spiral forming. The end bend is guided into the coiling mandrel, avoiding interference during the coiling process.
Precision Coiling Mold
The coiling mold uses two Teflon plates to press the heater pipe at the center. This design ensures coil flatness during forming and releases the coil automatically after completion.
Easy Model Changeover
For different heating element models, the spiral coiling die, element support, and bending length settings can be changed quickly.
