Working flow
The CNC line contains key performance like coil tube straightening,chipless cut to length,3 stations end forming,holes punching,spin end closing,3D bending.And the gantry type robot trasnfer the pipes between each stations full automaticly.

The equipment is an integrated CNC control system, with X, Y, Z coordinate input function and YBC conversion, the use of UG programming or fill in the blanks, copy, X.Y.Z. Failure alarm function, failure to directly display the fault site, troubleshooting is convenient and simple, easy to understand and learn, and can reserve more than 1000 groups of product data, and USB copy function. The equipment has good stability, repeatability, and high precision of product forming. With no material, blocking, release, bending automatic alarm function to ensure that the equipment can accurately alarm, normal operation and stability.
