The return bend welding ring assembly machine is used to load brazing ring onto return bend automatically, which ready for pass-through automatic brazing line. The return bend integrated with welding ring is widely used in copper tubes in HVACR industry,like condenser & evaporator coils,water heat exchangers.
The ring loader is fully automatic and friendly operation.
The return bend ring loader is able to produce two pieces in one cycle,which driven by a rotating system with six stations. 3 stations of return bend loading,welding ring inserting, and unloading.Another 3 stations are same to be the another line.
