Decoiler System
Decoilers uncoil payoff unit loads of coiled tubes with stable operation. Options include eye-to-wall tube decoiler, eye-to-sky pipe decoiler, vertical tube uncoiler, and horizontal pipe uncoiling systems. Available with pneumatic or servo brakes, with synchronous control. Fully compatible with tube cut-to-length machines.
Tube Straightening Unit
The straightening rollers both straighten and round the tubes. This is done with two groups of rollers, which are arranged in horizontal and vertical direction. Usable tube diameter range is between 4-20 mm. Rollers are made of hardened Cr12Mov for longer service life. Multi-radius straightening wheels ensure better tube roundness.
Traction & Length Measuring System
Tube is pulled passively through the straightening rollers with traction units. These are driven with servo motors. Encoder is applied for precise length measuring of the tube.
Cutting & Control System
Electric control system brings together all components of the machine and controls them. Cutting clamping dies give precise cut-off of the tubes.
Automatic rotary cut-off machine allows orbital cut-off of copper tubes coming off coils. Pneumatic clamping tooling enables chipless cutting working with PLC and servo control system. As a result, cutting produces no burrs, there is no material loss and there is no need for secondary deburring.
Unloading & Collection System
We use the unloading table to unload straightened tubes and cut tubes. Supports automatic reversing of material driven by pneumatic system.
