What Is Corrugated Hose Machine?

The Mechanical Bulging Die Is Assembled From The Pressure Cone, The Die Plate, The Inner Support Barrel, The Support Plate, The Return Spring And The Base Support Barrel. Under The Natural State, Under The Support Of The Return Spring, The Pressure Cone Is In The Lifting State, And The Mold Half Is Reset And Contracted. When Forming, The Vertical Downward Force F Acting On The Upper Plane Of The Pressure Cone Forms a Horizontal Component Force Through The Matching Inclined Plane Of The Pressure Cone And The Die Segment, Which Acts On The Bellows Barrel Blank, So That The Tube Blank Forms a Bulge Along The Outer Shape Of The Die Segment. , Thus Forming Ripples.
