Return Bending machine used to bend copper pipes into U shaped return bends,C shaped crossover bends,L shaped elbow bends for condenser & evaporators coils of air conditioning,gas heater heat exchangers etc.
The return bender is able to bends up to five (5) pieces of return bends per cycle, according to different tube diameters
The return bender features coiled tube decoiling,straightening, bending,saw cutting, and unloading. It’s powered hydraulic system, pneumatic system and PLC control system.
For coil copper tubes diameter not more than 9.52mm (3/8″), The machine bends central line radii equal to the tube diameter.
