III. Equipment Operation Instructions

After powering on the equipment, turn on the power button → Adjust the powder filling height → Set the powder filling weight → Turn on the motor → Press the start button → Manually place the product onto the powder cup and insert it into the equipment fixture → Transfer cylinder moves the product → Powder filling mechanism fills the powder → Finished product is removed and manually collected → Operation cycle

 

IV. Equipment Functions

1. This equipment consists of a powder feeding module, a turntable rotation module, a turntable positioning module, a vibration module, and a control system.

2. The powder feeding module can be manually adjusted according to the required powder quantity, ensuring high stability in powder output each time.

3. The turntable rotation module uses multiple cylinders and mechanisms to complete the rotation, resulting in a simple, compact, stable, and easy-to-adjust structure.

4. The turntable positioning module uses a cylinder structure, ensuring precise and stable positioning.

5. The vibration module uses a vibration motor to drive other mechanisms to achieve vibration.

6. The control system consists of a Mitsubishi PLC (Japan) and a Weintek HMI (Taiwan).
